Energy Infused Grid for the Full Moon & Summer Solstice

Are you curious how to make the most of this current energy from both the Summer Solstice and the Strawberry Full Moon?

I tapped into my spirit team and learned about ways to work with the energy, as well as which tarot cards represent the Summer Solstice and the Full Moon and what crystals to work with.

Summer Solstice

The theme for this Summer Solstice energy is about Divinity. It is about following your soul, your instinct, your heart. This is a time for action, which includes not only acting on your impulses but also your ideas.

Tarot card for Summer Solstice: Four of Cups AND Five of Swords

Two cards jumped out for this one (Tarot friends, you know how that is!) and the message I received with the Four of Cups is that this Summer Solstice is about meditation and reflection, spending some time going within to connect more to your higher self. With the Five of Cups, the message is about learning when to say no to something that in the bigger picture really doesn’t matter. It is about letting go of past hurts so you can strengthen your connection to your intuition and inner voice.

Crystal for Summer Solstice: Golden Healer Quartz

I connected to the energy of Golden Healer Quartz and channeled the message to work with Golden Healer now as a way to light your inner fire. Connect to this crystal during the Solstice to help you as you transmute anger, hurt or pain so you can clear energetic obstacles that may be blocking you on your path. This can help you strengthen your Solar Plexus center so you can work on trusting yourself on a deeper level and move forward from a more rooted place of confidence.

Full Moon

The theme for this Full Moon is about Simplicity.  We are encouraged to pare down and clear out clutter in both our physical and mental spaces. This energy allows us to work on not overcomplicating things but rather going more with the flow. This is a time for facing old beliefs that no longer serve you and letting them go, as well as seeing what in the dark is ready to come to light. This will help you to act more from a place of personal power. 

Tarot Card for Full Moon: The Star

With the Star comes a message that this is a period of renewal and rejuvenation. This energy gives you the opportunity to work on reconnecting with your inner trust and knowing, helping you with personal alignment and connection to your purpose and your Higher Self.

Crystal for the Full Moon: Rainbow Moonstone 

I connected to the energy of Rainbow Moonstone and was told to work with the crystal for soothing your energy and calming the nervous system. The energy of this crystal can also help you with getting back in sync with your natural rhythm. I was given the phrase “soul sisters” and shown that Rainbow Moonstone can help with connecting you to divine feminine energy as well as kindred spirits. Also to help you work through mental blocks where you may be holding self comparison to others. Lastly, work with this crystal for dancing, movement and energetic flow as you work through different emotions.
