Winter Solstice is upon us once again and as we get ready for the holidays a mix of emotions may be swirling around. This time of year looks different for each of us, so I wanted to share an offering to support you through the season. It felt important to tap into the magic of the holidays, the renewal of Winter Solstice and all of the elements in between this period of darkness and cold for those of you in the Northern Hemisphere.
Personally, I love this time of year. Sure, stress can build and obligations can pull me out of my comfort zone, but all in all this time of year is when I thrive the most. In celebration of the magic of the Winter Solstice, I have created an energy healing video for you and a healing meditation, along with a list of crystals and herbs to work with during the holidays, an energy infused piece of art and two healing crystal grids to get you through the season!

To bring in the Winter Solstice, I have created this channeled, energy infused healing art. I was shown that this Winter Solstice is about making choices that are connected to your alignment and soul purpose. There is a need to let go of self-doubt and to connect to your expanding intuition, as well as Divine Feminine energy. There is a message of feeling happiness and emotional fulfillment this season so I created this healing art to help you capture that happy energy. It is also infused with healing to offer clarity and confidence in the decisions you may need to make. There is infused energy of intuition and that of the Divine Feminine. You may work with this art in the way that feels best to you.

When I connected with my spirit team I pulled a card to capture the guidance for the holidays and the tarot card is the “Eight of Cups.” Reflect on this card and it’s message as needed during the holidays and winter break. We are encouraged to walk away from situations that are causing us harm, disappointment or regret. Letting go of what is not feeling aligned for us during the Winter Solstice is the message of the Eight of Cups. Let go of feelings that are keeping you in a state of sorrow and move forward from past hurts, allowing yourself to respond to situations in a new way that feels right to you.
During the holidays you may feel the need to deepen your energetic protection. Below is the audio to a healing crystal meditation I have created for you working with the energy of Black Tourmaline to clear and shield your energy.
As I sat with my spirit team I was given some crystals and other tools to support you during the holidays. Choose that which resonates with you.
Crystals
Rose Quartz, Tree Agate, Coral, Amethyst, Black Tourmaline, Sodalite, Red Jasper and Green Calcite
I was told to connect to ancestral foods, orange slices and cranberries. The message of creating a simmer pot was also presented as an option.
White candles, pinecones and the color red are suggested during the Winter Solstice and oils or fragrances of:
Vetiver, Frankincense and Holly Berry.
This next healing crystal grid I created to bring in the joy, magic and warmth of Christmas and the holiday season. The matches represent the element of fire, four of them to symbolize balance and stability.

Thank you for all of the support I received when I shared my story earlier this month explaining the reason for my absence.
